⮞ The yacht is offered for up to 10 guests, but with flexible accommodation as there are six guest cabins (5 double and 1 twin). 12 guests can be considered for the Bahamas in Summer 2025.
- Master on main deck with Super King bed, with two heads, shower and bath tub. Good size dressing room / walk-in closet. Large windows. Adjacent office / study area.
- Two VIP cabins with King beds, and 2 double cabins with Queen beds, 1 twin cabin with 2 single beds, all with TVs that are the kind that look like mirrors when they are switched off. Cabins have excellent lighting design with lights in the bathroom that can dim.

CAPTIAN- GUY MCCLAVE
Guy is a highly experienced yacht captain with over 35 years of experience. Starting young, he explored the islands of the Bahamas at 12 years old with his father who is a retired yacht captain. The Bahamas is now one of Guy's favorite places to cruise around and explore. His proficiency in maintenance to bridge operations to leadership will ensure smooth sailing and safety for guests and crew. Sharing his knowledge in the bridge on all scopes of yachting is also something Guy enjoys.
Guy's extensive experience ranges from different yachts from 75'- 220'.
FIRST OFFICER- LES JOUBERT
Les is a dedicated and highly skilled OOW (Officer of the Watch) with a proven track record in managing both private and charter yachts. Beginning his career in 2015, Les has worked on vessels of various sizes and consistently demonstrated leadership in deck team management, navigation, and watersport operations. From living on a farm for 10 years driving tractors around farm land, Les loves a change of scenery and enjoys diving in the Caribbean now. Les is a team player and a strong leader with a hands-on approach to deck operations and guest services.
DECKHAND- RICHARD SANDIA
Richard is a Venezuelan national with 3 years of yachting experience. After graduating from maritime academy, he started sailing on oil tankers, cruising through the Strait of Florida. Richard always saw those fancy yachts and thought, 'One day, I’ll be on one of those!' Years later, he found himself back in the same canal and there was that oil tanker he used to sail on. Richard favorite thing about yachting is getting to drive guests on the tender.
CHIEF ENGINEER- JHAITXA FEBRES
At just 33, Jhaitxa has already been making waves in the yacht industry for over 5 years and 2 years on commercial ships, bringing a splash of creativity and a sprinkle of fun to her work. She graduated with a degree in Marine Engineering. Her nickname is the Diesel Diva as she is the go-to person for engine troubleshooting, all while she cracks jokes to lighten the mood. When she is not tinkering with engines, you can find her enjoying the beach, playing volleyball, or laying back and relaxing and reading an exciting book. She believes teh engineering doesn't have to be all serious and believes that a good laugh can fix most problems. She is determined to show the world that engineering can be as exhilarating as the open sea.
CHEF- SEAN ROSBACH
Born in Michigan, Sean has been in the industry for over 15 years creating the most beautiful and tasteful meals aboard super yachts. He has traveled all over the world developing new dishes in every country he has been too. In Sean's free time he enjoys cycling and being on the colder side, snowboarding in the mountains. He has a big love for music and enjoys seeing his favorite bands and musicians at festivals and concerts whenever he can!
CHIEF STEWARDESS-NICOLE RILEY
Nicole started her yachting career in the beginning of 2020. Before joining yachting, she worked in an accounting firm for 3 and a half years. Nicole has traveled Bahamas, Caribbean, Tahiti, Mexico and New England on yachts in her many years of yachting. She loves traveling to new places and experiencing new ways of culture and life and loves meeting new people!
On a day off, you can find Nicole laying on a beach enjoying the sun with good company or snorkeling with the wildlife of the sea.
2ND STEWARDESS- MARY MOTSAY
Mary is excited to join the crew this season. With one year of experience as a stewardess in the yachting industry, she is eager to contribute her skills in hospitality and guest service to ensure a memorable experience onboard. Before transitioning to yachting, Mar taught vinyasa yoga across Central America and the Caribbean, including Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, and Puerto Rico. These experiences not only enriched her understanding of wellness and mindfulness but also honed her ability to work with diverse cultures in dynamic environments—skills that she continues to apply in her role as a stewardess. In Mary's free time, she enjoys running, traveling, and cooking, which helps her maintain balance and stay energized for the demands of yachting. She looks forward to an exciting and successful season with the Eau La La team.
