Captain Kevin Francis
Captain Kevin Francis is the seasoned master of Jus Chill'n and owner of Alliance Yacht Management, a Stuart-based management company. At 50 years young, he holds a 200-ton USCG license and has called Stuart home since 1991. His impressive maritime career includes working on yachts up to 64 meters and completing a trans-Atlantic crossing. Kevin's passion for the outdoors and water is evident in everything he does, considering himself blessed to love what he does for a living. When not at the helm, he's an avid beach volleyball player and travel enthusiast. Having captained Jus Chill'n since summer 2023, Kevin is always looking forward to their next adventure.

Chef Mary Wills
Mary Wills is a distinguished culinary artist and hospitality entrepreneur originally from Akron, Ohio. Her culinary journey began at the prestigious French Culinary Institute in New York City, where she was selected for the inaugural program enabling students to study under Michelin-starred chefs throughout Italy. This formative experience shaped her refined, soulful, and boldly unapologetic culinary style.
Her professional foundation was built at two renowned culinary institutions: Le Cirque, an iconic French dining establishment, and Esca, where she developed a profound respect for seafood preparation and nuanced execution. After founding The Good Fork, a boutique catering concept in Cleveland that challenged culinary norms, Mary later established a high-end catering enterprise in Naples, Florida.
Throughout her career, Mary has cooked for numerous celebrities, philanthropists, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, always delivering excellence with grace and discretion. Now traveling the country as a private chef and hospitality consultant, she brings her boundless creativity and passion to Jus Chill'n, crafting unforgettable culinary experiences for guests.

Mate Brandon Husselman
Brandon Husselman, at 27, is the personable and enthusiastic mate aboard Jus Chill'n. A natural team player who thrives in collaborative environments, Brandon brings four years of valuable ocean experience to the vessel. His background includes owning a kayaking tours business and running a boat rental company that specialized in boat and jetski charters—skills that have translated perfectly to the superyacht industry. With his friendly demeanor and water expertise, Brandon is always found either on the water or very close to it, enhancing the guest experience with his capable assistance and positive attitude.
