Fluent in Croatian, English and with a beginner's level of Italian, Stipe is an effective communicator who is adept at understanding the guests' style of vacation and needs, providing them with the best possible options in any given moment. He is passionate about creating a relaxed atmosphere with trust between the crew and guests, and his friendly and professional demeanor, coupled with his warm smile, makes guests feel welcome and secure from the moment they arrive.
