Georgi Yanev
Captain
Born in Bulgaria in 1975, Captain Yanev boasts a life-long experience in the maritime field, having been worked on various vessels since year 2000. In the last 10 years he has also worked as Safety & Navigational Instructor & Trainer for the future captains.
He is Safety and Operational Supervisor SCC registered in Belgian Central Register VCA. He owns several navigation degrees, among them: MCA Master. Unlimited (CoC); Proficiency In Survival Craft; Medical care; Advanced Fire Fighting; SSO; Training In Marine Environmental Awareness; Operational use of ECDIS and AIS; Use of Radar and ARPA.
Ambitious and professional, Captain Yanev has a strong work ethic, he is loyal and committed to ensure owner and guests the greatest satisfaction from the yachting experience.
He fluently speaks Bulgarian (mother tongue), English and Russian.

NIKOLAY ROSENOV KOVACHEV
Chief Officer
Born in Bulgaria in 1996, Nikolay Kovachev owns a Bachelor’s degree in Navigation, achieved at the Naval Academy of "Nikola Y. Vaptsarov" of Varna, Bulgaria.
He has worked with the same owner for the last 6 years. At the very beginning of his career, in 2017, he was deckhand on the 83 m M/Y Here Comes the Sun, immediately following her delivery. In 2022-beginning 2023 he worked as Second Officer on the 74 m M/Y Synthesis and on the 60 m Amels Come Together. His role involved: monitoring of safety equipment, navigational watches, passage planning, stability, GMP, and GMDSS equipment. Support to the Chief Officer in ensuring the overall safety, security, and environmental compliance of the vessel. He also took care of all deck operations for private parties’ accommodation.
In year 2023 Nikolay was at the helm of the 27 m M/Y yacht ‘Right Now’ as Captain during the summer charter season. The experience was very successful and throughout the conclusion of the season, Captain Nikolay Kovachev actively participated in the seamless execution of the vessel's sale, overseeing the intricate process from negotiations to the final delivery to the new owner.
For the safety and comfort of guests on board, it boasts a large number of certificates, including: Chief Officer Unlimited (in progress); OOW CoC Unlimited; CoC Master 300gt; Adv. STCW PSC&RB; Adv. DANIEL MARKOV
Chief Engineer
Born and in raised in Varna, Bulgaria. At very young age of 6 his father brought him on board with him and since then he knew how his life will continue.
In 2013 graduated the Naval Academy in Bulgaria. In 2012 began his career as a cadet in the merchant fleet. 2018 joined yacht industry as a 2nd engineer, since then Daniel worked on yachts with various sizes. He has knowledge and experience with diesel electric propulsion and hybrid power systems.

Brandon Hank Phillips
Deckhand
Born and raised in Johannesburg, Brandon Hank Phillips is currently attending the University, faculty of Mechanical Engineering. He is successfully working since 2021 in the hospitality and yachting industry with the role of deckhand/engineer, boasting several documented experiences .
He owns different boating and deckhand certifications, among which: RYA Personal Watercraft Certificate and Powerboat; RYA Short Range Radio; Level 1 Seafarer Medical Certificate; Class 2 Aviation Medical Certificate; AEC 1 and AEC 2. He has experience as tender driver, in navigation and anchor operations and IT. He has great problem solving skills and an extensive knowledge of the most important onboard equipment. English is his mother tongue; he also speaks German and Afrikaans.

Milica Vlacic
Chief Stewardess
Born in Croatia, Milica Vlacic is a Chief Stewardess & House Manager with nearly 20 years of experience in yachting and luxury industry. In her career she has worked on board different 40+m and 60 m yachts as Chief Stewardess. Very reliable, well organized and proficient at multitasking and prioritizing, she offers excellent customer service and is very communicative.
Among her skills: crew management, guest concierge, provisioning, travel arrangements, wine service and fine dining.
Milica fluently speaks Croatian (mother tongue), English and Sweden.

TANSY HEATON
Second Stewardess
Born in 1999 in the UK, Tansy got a BA with honours in Business and Management from the University of the West of England. Despite her young age, she already has behind her a season of maritime experience and over 5 years in high-end hospitality, customer service and house keeping roles and she is eager to advance his career in the yachting industry.
June to November 2023 she was the stewardess on board the 27 m M/Y Right Now together with the Chief Officer Nicolay Kovachev. She owns several maritime qualifications: STCW10 (exp Feb 2028); ENG1 (exp Feb 2025); Seamans Discharge Book; British Seamans Card. Among her other qualifications: Food Safety and Hygiene Level 2; Enhanced DBS Check; SSI Open Water Diver.
She is motivated, enthusiastic, and she shows a strong and professional work ethic.
