Armed with a rich culinary background, he excels in diverse cuisines, employing top-notch local ingredients and refining his expertise through specialized seminars in Italian, Sushi, and Molecular Gastronomy. Balancing approachability with self-reliance, Dimitris is committed to surpassing guests' culinary expectations, curating unforgettable dining experiences during charters. His achievements speak volumes, securing 2nd place in the Platinum category at the Chef's Competition during the Mediterranean Boat Show 2017 and clinching 3rd place in 2023, further attesting to his culinary prowess and dedication to excellence.

Her meticulous attention to detail, strong leadership, and warm, professional demeanour make her an invaluable asset to the crew and a key figure in delivering a seamless guest experience. In addition to her professional credentials, Georgia is a certified aromatherapist and a dedicated practitioner of yoga and face yoga—skills that enhance her holistic approach to guest care and wellbeing onboard. Outside of yachting, she is also deeply committed to animal welfare, regularly volunteering her time to support stray rescue efforts.
