Having grown up on boats due to his father's captaincy, he found his way into the yachting industry for his professional career. He has acquired the excellence and refinement required for charter trips through his years of past work experience. With a keen eye for detail in his work, he is a sociable and friendly by nature. He would love to share the corners of paradise that he knows at sea with others. He is determined to do his best to serve his clients, hoping to make them want to return, but always with his company. He can speak French and English.

Marion :
As a granddaughter of a baker from Nice, I have a deep passion for both cooking and traveling. Throughout my years in the restaurant industry, I have gained extensive experience, starting from a young age of 15 and working my way up to managing my own restaurant. I eventually moved to Guadeloupe 8 years ago, and for the past 2 years, I've been alternating between the Mediterranean and Caribbean seas as a cook on boats up to 82 feet in length. My cooking style draws inspiration from the diversity of French cuisine, combined with the flavors and ingredients I've discovered during my travels. With my creative flair, I invite you to join me on a culinary journey, as I prepare my specialties just for you. What I love about my job is the combination of the sea, cooking, and the opportunity to work with diverse products from different locations. My ultimate goal is to make your vacation an unforgettable memory through my food.
