Originally from France, Manon has honed her culinary skills across France, Scotland, Canada, and now the Bahamas. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant Management from the prestigious Institut Paul Bocuse and draws from her travels to infuse each dish with a unique blend of classic French techniques and vibrant Caribbean flavors.

Joanie Caron, our cheerful and dedicated stewardess aboard Serenity, known for her warm charisma and exceptional service. Joanie has a natural gift for making every guest feel instantly at home, ensuring a seamless transition into the relaxed pace of life on the yacht.

Originally from Montreal, Joanie has a wealth of experience from the vibrant service industry and has since embraced her dream of navigating the Caribbean, creating unforgettable experiences along the way.

Fluent in both French and English, Joanie brings a delightful multicultural touch to each journey. With her background in Montreal and time spent in Nassau, Joanie is not only a talented stewardess but also an accomplished chef and bartender, adding that extra special touch to your experience on Serenity.

Dinner

You can dine in your t-shirt and shorts yet you will be served like royalty. Dinner begins with either a soup or salad and is served with fresh breads, fresh vegetables, and a selection of beverages. The entrée is followed by dessert and cordials on deck. After dinner, your captain will meet with you to plan your next day’s itinerary. Sample dinner menus include:

  • Sushi Lovers Dinner: Freshest sushi and sashimi platter filled with local wahoo, tuna, mahi, lobster, salmon tartare, and more.
  • Grilled Bahamian Hogfish with fried plantains and Bahamian peas & rice
