In 2020, Alexandre pursued his lifelong dream of becoming a captain, earning his license and building extensive experience at sea. As a delivery captain for Marine 360, he logged countless nautical miles and mastered a variety of vessels, cementing his reputation as a versatile and skilled professional.

Now proudly at the helm of Serenity, Captain Alex combines his vast maritime expertise with a passion for delivering unforgettable charter experiences. His insider knowledge of the best hidden gems and must-visit spots, paired with his enthusiasm for all water sports, ensures guests enjoy an adventure like no other. Chef Manon Tremblier

Chef Manon Tremblier is celebrated for her exceptional French-Caribbean fusion cuisine, delighting guests with every dish she creates. Her passion for the ocean and fresh, locally inspired flavors led her to join Serenity as its Chef. Guests often rave about her culinary artistry, with one remarking, “It felt like dining in a Michelin-star restaurant every night—every meal was spectacular.”

Originally from France, Manon honed her skills across the globe, working in France, Scotland, Canada, and now The Bahamas. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant Management from the prestigious Institut Paul Bocuse and brings her expertise in classic French gastronomy to the tropical flavors of the Caribbean, crafting unforgettable dining experiences.

Manon’s adventurous spirit, warmth, and passion for creating extraordinary meals ensure every guest’s dining experience aboard Serenity is nothing short of magical. First Mate/Stewardess Valérie Michaud

Born in Montreal to a family passionate about the nautical world, Valérie developed a love for boating at a young age, earning her pleasure craft operator card in Quebec at just 10 years old. With 18 years of experience in the restaurant industry, she cultivated exceptional skills in service, hospitality, and attention to detail.

In 2022, Valérie blended her passion for service with her love of the sea, transitioning to a full-time career as a stewardess and first mate. Since then, she has accumulated hundreds of days at sea, working aboard yachts up to 80 feet across the United States, The Bahamas, and Canada.

Valérie’s dedication to guest comfort and her impeccable attention to detail make her an outstanding stewardess aboard Serenity. Her warm demeanor, professionalism, and expertise ensure every guest enjoys a truly unforgettable experience, from seamless service to unparalleled hospitality. Valérie takes pride in creating an atmosphere where guests can relax, explore, and make lasting memories on the water.

Dinner

You can dine in your t-shirt and shorts yet you will be served like royalty. Dinner begins with either a soup or salad and is served with fresh breads, fresh vegetables, and a selection of beverages. The entrée is followed by dessert and cordials on deck. After dinner, your captain will meet with you to plan your next day’s itinerary. Sample dinner menus include:

  • Sushi Lovers Dinner: Freshest sushi and sashimi platter filled with local wahoo, tuna, mahi, lobster, salmon tartare, and more.
  • Grilled Bahamian Hogfish with fried plantains and Bahamian peas & rice
