⮞ July/August : 39.900 EUR per week Low Season: 35.900 EUR per week Plus : Applicable VAT at the time of charter, currently 12% and expenses VAT rate is determined by applicable tax legislation and may be subject to change without prior notice or responsibility on the Broker, the Stakeholder or the Owner. Should any changes in applicable tax legislation take place after the issuance of a charter agreement resulting in changes in total amount(s) due then the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the Charterer Charters for less than a week are only available upon request and the weekly rate is divided by 6.

With over 14 years of experience as a professional Captain on motor yachts, Dimitris is a seasoned maritime expert specializing in private and charter yacht operations, as well as passenger-car ferries. A graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Syros, he has served as Captain on prestigious yachts such as M/Y DISCOVERY, M/Y NJOY, and M/Y PATHOS. His extensive certifications—including advanced safety, ship security, and medical care—ensure top-tier leadership and operational excellence at sea. Known for his professionalism, reliability, and warm demeanor, he consistently provides an exceptional experience for passengers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their journey.


CHIEF ENGINEER
Sarimanolis Chrysostomos - Greek
Languages: Greek, English
Chrysostomos was born in Mytilene in 1989. He has graduated from the Marine Academy of Chios and holds an engineer diploma. He has worked in the engineering on various tanker and F/B before joining yachting and is very competent in his job. He holds the basic safety training and survival certificate, and he has also attended a lot of courses such as training for high voltage installations and medical first aid on board ship. Chrysostomos is a very kind and enthusiastic person with passion for the sea and with focus in the safety of the yacht and the clients.

DECKHAND

Nelson comes from the Philippines, where he grew up. He is a strong communicator with an outgoing yet mature personality, and a good sense of humor that makes him a valuable and successful team member. His love for the ocean and passion for travel led him to join the yachting industry. With over 5 years of experience as a Deckhand, Nelson has gained skills not only in deck operations but also in interior duties, including housekeeping and service. Always eager to go the extra mile, Nelson is dedicated to ensuring that guests have a memorable time onboard M/Y ESTIA YI.

Grilled sourdough topped with poached figs,
rucola and melted goats cheese.
Fried Zucchini Sticks
Crispy zucchini sticks served with home made Aioli.
Grilled Seasonal Vegetables
Served with wild rocola, aged balsamic and grilled mastelo.
Grilled Squid & Fennel Carpaccio
Grilled calamari seasoned with fennel and olive oil served
on a bed of thinly sliced finocchio.
Salt and Pepper Calamari
Scored calamari lightly tossed with sea salt, pepper and
spiced flour. Fried and served with home made remoulade.
Aged Beef Carpaccio
Served with rucola, wild capers and aged parmesan shavings.

SALADS
El Greco
Vine ripe tomatoes, cucumber, wild capers, Spanish onion,
bell peppers, whole wheat croutons and feta cheese tossed
with extra virgin olive oil.
Mediterranean
Seasomal greens, frisse and radicchio, tossed with julienne
